You’re probably pretty clear on what this blog post will be about considering my short and sweet title, but it really makes sense once you think about it.
Wedding planning is so communication heavy. Back and forth with vendors, planners, etc. Considering our tenancy to have multiple email addresses with tons of unread notifications (I have nearly 1k unread emails at this point) things can get lost pretty easily. For wedding vendor communication, it’s important to be able to 1) reply quickly and 2) be able to keep track of previous emails.
I suggest making an email address that is specifically for your wedding planning. You can even include your wedding hashtag in the address!
After making the wedding email address, I recommend setting up folders for vendors so you can sort the correspondance as it comes in for further organization.
